- 1 pound orzo pasta
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups French onion soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Swiss or Gruyere)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the orzo, shredded chicken, turkey bacon, French onion soup, and half of the cheese. Mix well.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add the orzo mixture to the skillet and stir to combine with the seasonings.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
