  • 2 cups French onion soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Swiss or Gruyere)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the orzo, shredded chicken, turkey bacon, French onion soup, and half of the cheese. Mix well.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme, cooking for 1 minute.
  4. Add the orzo mixture to the skillet and stir to combine with the seasonings.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
