Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the rolled oats and milk. Blend until the oats are finely ground.
  2. Add the banana, egg, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender. Blend until smooth.

  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
