- 1 cup diced turkey bacon
- 2 cups chicken ham, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups diced potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine diced turkey bacon and chicken ham.
- Add shredded cheese and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the diced potatoes to the meat mixture, then pour the egg mixture over everything.
- Mix until well combined, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.

- This casserole can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
