  • 2 cups chicken ham, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups diced potatoes

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  3. Add shredded cheese and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the diced potatoes to the meat mixture, then pour the egg mixture over everything.
  6. Mix until well combined, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
