- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 2 tablespoons espresso powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the espresso powder.
- Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl; gradually blend into the creamed mixture.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Let them cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
