- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a large bowl.
- Stir in the sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and salt; then fold into the wet ingredients.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add more espresso powder.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an indulgent dessert.
