Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.
  3. Add the turkey bacon, chicken ham, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  4. Fold in the torn English muffins and cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.

Notes
