- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 slices English muffins, torn into pieces
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.
- Add the turkey bacon, chicken ham, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Fold in the torn English muffins and cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
Notes
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge overnight.
- For a spicier version, add some hot sauce to the egg mixture.
