Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble it once cooled.
  2. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  4. Stir in the coleslaw mix and soy sauce, cooking until the cabbage is wilted.
  5. Add crumbled bacon and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and toss in sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey for beef if preferred.
  • For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
