A delicious and easy-to-make Egg Roll in a Bowl recipe that combines turkey bacon and beef.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble it once cooled.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Stir in the coleslaw mix and soy sauce, cooking until the cabbage is wilted.
- Add crumbled bacon and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, and toss in sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for beef if preferred.
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
