- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture, sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours or until it doubles in size.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Cover the loaf and let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

- Ensure the water is warm, not hot, to activate the yeast properly.
- You can add a little more sugar if you prefer a sweeter bread.
- This bread is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
