Instructions

  3. Add chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in the rice, followed by the chicken broth and saffron.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  6. In the last 5 minutes, add the peas.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
