- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add melted coconut oil and honey (or maple syrup) and mix well.
- Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and flour.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding nuts or chocolate chips.
- Make sure bananas are very ripe for the best taste.
