Instructions

- Press the mixture into the bottom of muffin tins to form a crust.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the sour cream until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts in the muffin tins.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
- Let cool before topping with fruits or sauce.
