Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For an extra zest, add more lemon zest to the batter.
- These brownies are delicious with a dusting of powdered sugar on top.
