- 1 packet instant yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Punch down the risen dough, roll it out, and shape it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Add toppings of your choice and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Notes
- Make sure your water is not too hot, or it may kill the yeast.
- You can let the dough rise for longer for more flavor.
