- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a food processor, combine turkey bacon and process until finely chopped.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, egg, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
- Serve with spaghetti and marinara sauce for a classic meal.
