  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine turkey bacon and process until finely chopped.
  3. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, egg, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
  • Serve with spaghetti and marinara sauce for a classic meal.
