Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and parsley until well combined.
  3. Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture generously on each half.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the garlic butter.
  5. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Slightly broil for an extra 2 minutes for a golden top.
  7. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
