- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- Add ground turkey to the pot and cook until browned.
- Stir in onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Add potatoes, chicken broth, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Cook until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Stir in milk and cheese until melted and combined.
- Top with crumbled bacon before serving.

- Use low-fat milk for a lighter version.
- Use any cheese variety you prefer.
