- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add chopped onion and diced potatoes, cooking until onions are translucent.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in milk and cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with garlic powder and paprika, then crumble the turkey bacon on top before serving.
