- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- To assemble the parfaits, layer graham cracker crumbs, cheesecake filling, and fresh berries in serving glasses. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
- Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
