  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture, then add the remaining batter.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool.
  8. Mix powdered sugar with milk to create a glaze and drizzle over the cooled bread.
