- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon additional cinnamon
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for glaze
- 1 tablespoon milk for glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and milk.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in the diced apples.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture, then add the remaining batter.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool.
- Mix powdered sugar with milk to create a glaze and drizzle over the cooled bread.
Notes

- For a richer flavor, use a mix of apple varieties.
