Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the diced apples.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool, then mix powdered sugar with milk to make a glaze and drizzle over the bread.

Notes
