- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, combine the rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the chicken breasts on top and cover with tzatziki sauce.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the top.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in tzatziki for a few hours before baking.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
