Instructions

- Cook, stirring frequently, until the bananas break down and the mixture thickens.
- Add the dark rum, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool before transferring to a jar.

- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum.
