- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups dill pickles, chopped
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the chopped dill pickles and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and dill, and season with salt and pepper.
- Allow the soup to simmer for another 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker soup, blend part of the soup and return it to the pot.
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences.
