- 4 slices turkey bacon

- 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and spread the mustard mixture over them.
- Wrap each fillet with turkey bacon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the mustard mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
