Ingredients

  • 8 tortillas
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon and chicken ham until lightly browned.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until scrambled.
  5. Place a mixture of eggs, cheese, and green onions onto each tortilla and roll them up.
  6. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
