- 8 tortillas
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon and chicken ham until lightly browned.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until scrambled.
- Place a mixture of eggs, cheese, and green onions onto each tortilla and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
