Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some sugar on top before baking.
- Feel free to use frozen blueberries if fresh ones are not available.
