Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water gradually until a dough forms and knead for about 5 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut into chip shapes.
- Place chips on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and spread pizza sauce on each chip.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Return to the oven and bake until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Make sure to let the dough rest for 5 minutes before rolling it out.
