- 4 croissants
- 200 grams Turkish bacon
- 150 grams chicken ham
- 300 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 100 grams cheese
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the croissants in half and place them in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants.
- Layer with Turkish bacon, chicken ham, and cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve hot with a side of salad.
- Can substitute Turkish bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
