Ingredients

  • 200 grams Turkish bacon
  • 150 grams chicken ham
  • 300 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams cheese
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the croissants in half and place them in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants.
  5. Layer with Turkish bacon, chicken ham, and cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
