  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken and shred it.
  6. Mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry and stir it into the sauce in the crockpot.
  7. Cook on high for 30 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot, mixing well with the sauce.
  9. Serve garnished with green onions.
