- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts and baby potatoes in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, butter, garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix with potatoes.
- Serve warm.
