Ingredients

- 3 pounds beef roast
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 hoagie rolls
- 8 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Place the roast in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix over the roast.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- After cooking, shred the beef with two forks.
- Serve on hoagie rolls topped with provolone cheese.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add garlic and herbs.
- Serve with a side of au jus for dipping.
