Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the CrockPot.
- Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken and return it to the pot.
- Add tortellini and spinach; cook for an additional 20 minutes until tortellini is tender.
- Stir in parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider sautéing onions and garlic before adding them to the pot.
- You can use frozen tortellini for convenience.
