- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a crock pot, combine diced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, and garlic.
- Pour in the chicken broth and stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
- Once cooked, use a potato masher to mash some of the potatoes for a thicker consistency.
- Stir in the heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional turkey bacon if desired.
Notes
- This soup can be thickened further by adding more heavy cream or mashing more potatoes.
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings such as cheese or green onions.
