Instructions

  1. In a crock pot, combine diced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, and garlic.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and stir well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Once cooked, use a potato masher to mash some of the potatoes for a thicker consistency.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional turkey bacon if desired.
