- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cheese, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder.
- Place a portion of the mixture on each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry chimichangas until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- For extra spice, add diced jalapeños to the filling.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
