Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and place them in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the sprouts and let them cool slightly.
  4. Place the sprouts on a baking sheet and gently smash them with a fork.
  5. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the sprouts and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Add the chopped turkey bacon on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
