- 10 sheets rice paper
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded vegetables (carrots, bell peppers)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (cilantro, mint)
Instructions
- Soak the rice paper sheets in warm water until pliable.
- In a bowl, mix turkey bacon, chicken ham, vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and herbs.
- Place a portion of the filling in the center of each rice paper sheet.
- Fold the rice paper over the filling and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the dumplings until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double fry the dumplings.
