Ingredients

  • 10 sheets rice paper
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded vegetables (carrots, bell peppers)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (cilantro, mint)

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice paper sheets in warm water until pliable.
  2. In a bowl, mix turkey bacon, chicken ham, vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and herbs.
  3. Place a portion of the filling in the center of each rice paper sheet.
  4. Fold the rice paper over the filling and roll tightly to seal.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the dumplings until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
