- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, shredded
- 1 cup shredded vegetables (carrots, cabbage, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Prepare a clean workstation and gather all the ingredients.
- Soak each rice paper sheet in warm water until pliable, about 10-15 seconds.
- Place the soaked rice paper on a clean surface and add a few pieces of turkey bacon and chicken ham in the center.
- Add shredded vegetables, garlic, ginger, and drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling and roll it tightly to form dumplings.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry dumplings until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
