- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
- Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, dip in the eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
