  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, dip in the eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
