  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey bacon, cabbage, carrots, green onion, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
