Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine turkey bacon, cabbage, carrots, green onion, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
- Place the rolled egg rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the tops with cooking spray for an extra crispy texture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
