- 1 pound gnocchi
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and fry the gnocchi until golden brown.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the gnocchi, and stir in the chopped turkey bacon.
- Serve hot.

- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top before serving.
