- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in dill pickle juice for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip marinated chicken in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.

- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- For extra crunch, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
