- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in the egg, then in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it’s fully covered.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
Notes
- For extra crunch, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
