Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the beef strips, cooking until browned. Stir in soy sauce, chilli flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook until beef is crispy, then add cooked rice, mixing well.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- Adjust the amount of chilli flakes according to your spice preference.
- For added crunch, you can garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
