- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Toast the sandwich rolls lightly.
- Place the lettuce on the bottom half of each roll.
- Layer the chicken mixture over the lettuce, followed by turkey bacon and Parmesan cheese.
- Top with the other half of the roll and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add croutons to your sandwich.
- Feel free to substitute grilled chicken for a lighter option.
