- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup oil, for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
- Set up a dredging station: one bowl for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each shrimp in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden and crispy.
- Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the seasoned shrimp marinate for 30 minutes before dredging.
- Serve with a side of dipping sauce for added taste.
