- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- In one bowl, mix flour with salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, add panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each salmon piece first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and garlic powder for the sauce.
- Serve the salmon bites with the sauce on the side.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness of the sauce by varying the sriracha.
- For added crunch, fry instead of baking.
