  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep skillet.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
  4. Dip fish pieces into the egg mixture, then into the flour mixture, coating well.
  5. Carefully place fish in the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Heat tortillas in a separate pan.
  7. Assemble tacos by placing fish on tortillas, top with cabbage, avocado, and salsa.

Notes
