  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same pot, add onion and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken ham and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add ravioli and cook according to package instructions.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning, then add spinach until wilted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and serve topped with crumbled turkey bacon.

Notes

  • For a thicker soup, reduce the amount of broth.
  • You can substitute regular bacon if preferred.
