- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 ounces cheese ravioli
- 2 cups spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until softened.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring back to a gentle simmer.
- Add the ravioli and cook according to package instructions.
- Once the ravioli is cooked, stir in the spinach and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For a vegetarian option, substitute the turkey bacon with mushrooms or omit it entirely.
- This soup can be made in advance and reheated.
