Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir for an additional minute.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, white beans, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
